Norræn ráðstefna um heilsufar 1.- 2. desember 2010

The Danish National Board of Health are planning, in cooperation with national organisations at the same level in Sweden and Norway, to host a Nordic conference on physical activity and diet - from research to practice. The conference is organized by the Nordic network of physical activity, food or health and runs the 1.st and 2.nd of December 2010 in Odense, Denmark. To read more about the network: http://www.nordically.org/sv/Ovriga-sidor/Natverkens-sidor/Nordisk-nettverk-for-fysisk-aktivitet-mat-og-sunnhet/

The theme of the conference is research on preventive interventions for physical activity and diet and the conference has focused on promoting Nordic cooperation in the field. The conference highlights strengths and weaknesses in the different Nordic models of exercise on prescription and developing projects of physical activity and diet.

The purpose of the conference is to disseminate knowledge and share experience on how physical activity and good eating habits can be promoted in a Nordic perspective. Link to the conference site:
